Dear customer,

We would like to inform you that the prices provided are for informational purposes only. Your reservation will only be valid if it is confirmed by us in some form (e.g., email, phone).

If the reservation does not meet your requirements and you wish to cancel the booked appointment, please notify us via email or phone.

If you are unable to attend the salon at the reserved time for any reason, please inform us in a timely manner. Considering that rescheduling takes time, cancellation/modification of the appointment is free of charge if done 24 hours prior to the reserved time (via email or phone), taking into account our opening hours.

In case of canceling the reservation on the same day, the full price of the service must be paid.
For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment (the previous day), 50% of the service price must be paid.

We handle your data confidentially and do not disclose it to third parties.

We can only issue invoices to individuals.
